We present “Oltre la norma” (beyond the standard), the CEI’s (Italian Electrotechnical Committee) official podcast: a space of immersion into the world of technical standardisation from a new, accessible and engaging point of view.
Every episode deals with a different subject related to technology, with a focus on the electrotechnical, electronic, telecommunication dimensions. It aims to bring into focus the fundamental role of technical standards in promoting security, efficiency, sustainability and the development of our country.
Through specific examples and a clear and simple language, the podcast shows just how present standardisation is in our daily lives without us realising it.
The podcast will be hosted by different people in each episode: sector experts, professionals and representatives from academic, professional and commercial institutions. They will be sharing their experiences and their outlooks on subjects that are important for their present relevance.
“Oltre la Norma” is a weekly rendezvous: every Wednesday at 7:00 a new episode will be published to accompany the listeners with novelty and quality. The episodes are available on the main streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and on the CEI’s social media channels (Youtube and Instagram), allowing the public to tune in at any moment or place.
A project directed not only to sector experts, but also students, companies and whomever wants to better comprehend how technical standards help build a better future every day.
